ABSTRACT: Strategies for Integrating Industry 5.0 Concepts into Vocational Curricula examines approaches to incorporate emerging technologies and industry trends into vocational education to prepare students for future workforce demands. This study investigates how Industry 5.0 principles such as automation, IoT, and AI can be integrated into vocational curricula to enhance skill relevance and job readiness. The objectives were: to identify key Industry 5.0 concepts relevant to vocational education, to analyze challenges and opportunities in integrating these concepts into curricula, and to propose strategies for curriculum development and implementation. A survey research design was chosen to gather data from vocational educators, industry experts, and technology innovators, providing insights into current practices and future directions in vocational education adaptation. A sample size of 250 respondents was purposively selected to include stakeholders from technical colleges and vocational training centers in Kaduna State, Nigeria, recognized for their proactive approach to curriculum innovation. Findings indicated that integrating Industry 5.0 concepts into vocational curricula enhanced students' technical competencies, adaptability to technological advancements, and employability prospects in Industry 4.0. It is recommended that vocational institutions should collaborate with industry partners, update curricula to include Industry 5.0 competencies, provide hands-on training with advanced technologies, and foster a culture of innovation and lifelong learning to prepare students for evolving industrial landscapes and future career opportunities.
